Ramiro Gumucio MD was born and raised in Chicago, Il. He received a majority of his education in Chicago. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist that has transitioned into academics both in the undergraduate and graduate arenas. He also serves as an assistant professor at Rosalind Franklin University.
He understands the responsibility to educate our students and prepare them for future success. Developing critical thinking skills while encouraging curiosity and inquisitiveness are embedded in his lectures. He looks forward to preparing students for professional careers in the health sciences, but also harboring an interest in science for his non majors.
